Andrina Carey

Andrina is an oil painter specializing in contemporary realism. She works from her studio in Ormond Beach, where she creates her style of art that moves beyond the ordinary into a joyous world rich in vibrant colors and fantastic realism. Her paintings may seem to embrace the conventional, yet they transform into a moment of unexpected insight. Those who have reviewed her work continually reflect upon her vision, saying that it “takes me to a place of relaxation, peace then joy.”

Recognizing early that she had been gifted with the soul of an artist, Andrina was awakened to that gift by following her favorite artists and intensely studying their paintings. Eventually, she started a lifelong journey through art classes in both high school and college, after which detailed paintings provide each viewer a new way to discover their world and, with delight, hold it.

Participating through many national organizations, Andrina Carey has achieved over 21 prestigious awards for her art during the past decade.
